We have an immediate opening for a full-time Quality Control and Sales Assistant. Responsibilities: •HACCP (Food Safety) •Inventory •Monitoring inbound and outbound product quality •Process sales order •Provide technical information •Assisting team members with all aspects of the sales cycle •Coordination and monitoring of transportation •Other projects and responsibilities as may arise Qualifications: •An understanding of quality control and the ability to review product upon arrival •Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills - in order to report product condition to ensure that it meet specifications •Team player, adaptable, and energetic with a positive professional attitude •Demonstrate ability to work unsupervised and meet key deadlines •Ability to work in high-paced environment •Good time management skills •Highly organized; knowledgeable and follow the company's policies and procedures •Experience in the fresh produce industry or sales is considered an asset but is not required Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
