MORTGAGE SALE The building and land known as Portion of RL 17-8-12 EPM and commonly known as 68015 Zamac Road, Hadashville, Manitoba as described in Certificate of Title No. 1606260/1 will be sold at auction on Thursday, the 20th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hadashville Recreation Centre, 45030 Highway 11 South, Hadashville, Manitoba. The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that there is situate on the said land a 1 1/2 storey dwelling house with a living area of approximately 1235 square feet, more or less, having 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a partial basement, and also having an attached single garage and the Vendor under Power of Sale is further informed that the property has a private well and septic tank system and may also have a sewer ejector and that the said land comprises of approximately 1 acre, more or less.
